UHMWPE board Properties : Mechanical properties is higher than the average high-density polyethylene. It has outstanding impact resistance, stress cracking resistance, high temperature creep resistance, low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating properties, excellent chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, noise damping resistance, radiation resistance and so on.
The operating temperature is 100 ~ 110 ℃ and great cold tolerance which could be used at -269 ℃. Density is 0.96g / cm3 and molecular weight is 9 million products, its tensile strength is 40MPa, elongation at break of 350% , flexural modulus of 600MPa, Izod notched impact red constantly . The amount of wear (MPC method ) is 20mm.

5. Cold tolerance. Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene plate could work at -269 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ for long-term;
6. Non-absorbent. UHMWPE plate is the lowest water absorption plastic;
7. Antistatic. UHMWPE plate is widely used in coal , mines and other places;
8. Flame retardant. UHMWPE plate has a good flame retardant by additive.
